Doctors Accounting was founded on a simple observation: medical professionals receive generic accounting advice from firms that don't understand the realities of medical income, practice ownership, PSI rules, or the unique career path of a doctor.
We exist to change that. Our team specialises exclusively in Australian medical professionals — from registrars and locums to specialists, surgeons, dentists and practice owners. We understand Medicare, provider numbers, service entity arrangements, Division 7A, SMSF strategies and the financial decisions doctors face at every stage of their careers.
Our team draws on years of tax advisory experience — including experience associated with the broader Finko Tax practice — combined with a dedicated medical focus, re-engineering every process, template and piece of guidance specifically for the medical profession.
